David D. Nelson is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company and Chairman, Director and Chief
Executive Officer of West Bank. He joined the Company in April, 2010. Mr. Nelson has more than 30 years of
experience in commercial banking. He has a strong background in customer relationship building, credit and
leadership development.
