George D. Milligan has served as a Director of West Bank since 1994 and as a Director of the Company since 2005. Mr. Milligan served as Chair from April 2024 to October 2025. Mr. Milligan is President of the Graham Group, Inc., a Des Moines, Iowa-based real estate development and investment company. He has extensive knowledge of commercial real estate financing and underwriting. Mr. Milligan is a board member of the public company United Fire & Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
